10 Parktown Girls learners selected for their respective District 10 hockey teams

PARKVIEW – The district hockey trials were full of tough competition.

Ten Parktown High School for Girls learners took part in the district hockey trials.

According to Parktown Girls director of sport Catherine McCreesh the trials took place on April 6 and 7. McCreesh and Shannon Pautz are in charge of District 10 hockey which meant that a lot of planning and work went into the two days beforehand.

McCreesh said, “Well done to all the players who were selected to attend trials; there was very tough competition but hopefully, all learned something from the experience. Congratulations to the following Parktown players that were selected for their respective District 10 teams:
