Easter celebration begins early this year for the Greenside community

Treasured Times aims to raise awareness for Park Care as a beneficial charity at the Easter market.

Treasured Times Pop-up Markets hosted an Easter market at the Pirates Sports Club on April 3.

Ginny Osborne, the event coordinator, said the purpose of the market was to create an enjoyable environment in which small businesses could promote their goods and services. Furthermore, to raise awareness of Park Care and encourage donations to the organisation.

She described the Easter market as a joyful event with a positive atmosphere. Beautiful fresh bouquets and ceramic planters were among the high-quality items available for purchase.

“The event was a success despite the unexpected bad weather,” Osborne said.
