Boss Babes of South Africa makes an effect to empower more women

SANDOWN – Founder and CEO of Boss Babes Kovini Moodley inspires and empowers women situated in South Africa through collaborations and hosting discussions.

Kovini Moodley has always dreamt of seeing a better society for the women of South Africa and made it her personal mission to see that dream come true.

Her vision came into existence through an organisation that she founded, Boss Babes of South Africa, in early 2020.

Moodley who is a chartered accountant based in Sandton has created a space for women all over South Africa to collaborate and to share information with others. The establishment of the organisation came into being as a result of wanting to empower more women in the country.

The organisation achieves its mission by empowering women through organised discussions led by influential women who have made a mark in their professions. As of late, Boss Babes has been able to collaborate with doctors, pilots, lawyers, entrepreneurs and philanthropists.

“We as women of South Africa need to celebrate all facets, this includes embracing various strengths in collaboration to be the very best versions of ourselves. As human beings, we each possess unique skills and strengths and a big part of being alive is about identifying and exploring the best ways that we can contribute to society,” said Moodley.

According to the organisation, influential women who contribute towards the discussions do so for free and hope to see more women in power.
