The Pirates Bowls Club invited community members to participate in the bowling fundraiser in aid of the Cancer Association of South Africa on February 27.
The event began at 09:00, cost R50 per person.
Competition secretary Neil Ayres said, “Everyone is welcome to join the event, especially beginners. It promises to be a beautiful day out with good people, good food and of course, a good cause.”
Participants can pitch, pay and play.
