Runners keep fit

GREENSIDE – Fitness fanatic Mapule Ndhlovu led the HIIT workout session.

Participants at the Medshield Movement event powered by Pirates Club not only ran but exercised with one of the most commended fitness queens.

Mapule Ndlovu also known as Queen Fitnass led participants in a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout on the Pirates field in Greenside.

Ndlovu who has been in the fitness industry for about 10 years now, said she loves the principles of health and wellness as well as staying active.

“Considering the presence of Covid-19 now, we know how very important it is to take care of ourselves. I love events like this one that Medshield Movement has done because they empower people to continue moving and taking care of themselves. They also just bring those good vibes and positive energy again,” said Ndlovu.

She emphasised the importance of staying active as she continues sharing her love and passion for fitness.
