BRIDGET STEER, DA: I can say with confidence that I promise to make a difference. I will put the needs of my residents first and be available to them at all times; fight for reliable service delivery at all levels; motivate for sufficient budget allocation toward maintenance and upgrades of water and electrical networks; ensure there is meaningful public participation in budget and policy processes, and improve safety in the ward – especially in open spaces.
