Ward 117, 71, 74, 73 and 81 ward representatives speak on working for the community

They have so many things planned for their respective wards.

BELINDA KAYSER-ECHEOZONJOKU, DA: I would like to thank the voters from Ward 74 for trusting the DA with their vote. We have started getting things done over the last few weeks. Now, with a mandate from our residents, I can continue the work started. Photo: Supplied
TIM TRULUCK, DA: Thank you to all who voted for me and the DA. Getting 70% for the ward vote means a lot to me. I am looking forward to continuing working with you all as well as rebuilding this city to its former glory. Photo: Supplied
DANIEL SCHAY, DA: Thank you to residents of Ward 72 for placing your faith in me. It will be an absolute honour to serve you for the next five years. We’re all aware that the task ahead is immense but I have complete confidence that with such an incredible community backing me up, that it is achievable. I look forward to continuing the engagement with residents that began during the campaign.
ELEANOR HUGGETT, DA: Ward 73 is diverse and dynamic. Every day provides a new challenge and I have loved forging new relationships with residents and various associations. Working in Ward 73 is ongoing education and I wish to thank all the residents who have supported and guided me. I look forward to working together with all the Ward 73 residents again.
JOANNE HORWITZ, DA: I am grateful for the trust in me that residents have shown. I will work to see that my resident’s needs are met, that reported issues are promptly responded to, and that we have public meetings on a regular basis so that I can report back on action taken. I’d like to say that whether or not you voted for me, I will work for everyone in my ward.
