‘Upcycling’ taught to Parktown learners

PARTOWN – Learners taught to transform the old into something new in valuable lesson.

The Grade 4 classrooms of the Deutsche Internationale Schule Johannesburg in Parktown recently set the stage for valuable lessons in upcycling.

Grade 4 learners from the school were taught to take something ‘used’ and transform it into something ‘useful’! They took their old T-shirts and made them into handy bags.
