The community, residents and businesses of Emmarentia have been invited to discuss the way forward for the suburb. On 9 June, the Emmarentia Residents Association (ERA) will host their AGM where each of the association’s portfolios will be given the chance to give feedback to residents.
Claire Hoffmann of the association said the feedback would include finances, building, communication, security and others. The AGM will also present the association with a chance to tackle some of the biggest challenges facing their community.
Residents have been urged to attend the meeting which will be hosted virtually due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. Hoffmann said, “Attendance is important to learn more about what the ERA’s role is in the community and how we serve residents. This is also useful for new residents to find out more about the suburb.”
