Parktown High School for Girls held their Open Day on 13 March showcasing the school as a place of excellence.
Due to Covid-19 regulations, limited visitors were allowed onto the property. To control the numbers on the day, only one learner together with one parent/guardian was allowed to enter the school for a short tour by the Representative Council of Learners (RCL).
Marketing and communications manager at the school Kerry Liss said, “The Grade 7s were eager to find out more about Parktown and their feedback was very positive.”
Liss thanked staff and the RCL for their assistance on the day as well as sports, cultural and service girls for their energetic performances and hard work.
“Even though this was not like our usual busy and bustling Open Days in previous years, you all showcased our school as the place of excellence it is and we are proud of you all,” concluded Liss.
