Pridwin learners return to school

MELROSE – Head of the Junior Preparatory Joanne Glendinning said it was a joy to welcome boys back onto campus.

Pridwin Preparatory School in Melrose welcomed learners to school on 1 February with much joy.

The new Grade 1s were eager to begin their ‘big school’ careers with many smiles and much excitement.

“The corridors are always a stimulating place when they are filled with the lively chatter of happy and enthusiastic boys,” she said.

“As teachers, our first love is the children. To be able to interact with them and teach them is what fulfils us. Now that they are back, teaching and learning will be a lot more fun for us all.”

“I imagine that there are a whole lot of parents who are just as pleased to see their boys back in the classroom.”
