This Heritage Month, a lucky resident stands a chance to win with Norwood, Orange Grove and Houghton Community Action Network (Noah Can).

The charity organisation is running a Colouring in Competition for Heritage Day. The winner of this competition will win a photo shoot with their family or just themselves with photographer Neil Kirby. The organisation said the photo shoot would be worth R2 500.

To be in the running, residents can donate an amount of their choice to Noah Can through the provided link. Thereafter, the full artwork will be sent to the participant by email.

The organisation instructed, “Print out the map of Africa as shown and colour it in any way you like. All ages welcome to enter and everyone is encouraged to incorporate elements from our rich and diverse continent. The winner will be chosen based on effort and originality and announced on Heritage Day.”

Details: Residents can submit a copy of their artwork to ward73noah@gmail.com by no later than 22 September.
