Eskom will implement Stage 1 load-shedding from 9am to 2pm and Stage 2 load-shedding will be implemented from 2pm to 10pm, today, 16 July.

“While we appreciate the cold weather, Eskom urges the public to assist by switching off heating appliances, geysers and other appliances,” said Eskom in a statement on 15 July.
The power utility said it will communicate should there be any significant changes to the supply situation.
