Pikitup Norwood depot has urged residents to put out out their bins by 7am as per the municipal bylaws.
This was in light of numerous complaints from residents after their bins were not collected because they had not been out at the stipulated time. “Our round collected refuse teams have been consistent in collecting refuse in all households without incurring backlogs,” said Pikitup.
“We are pleading with all residents to please put out their bins by 7am to avoid missing collection when the refuse collection truck has passed.”
