Sandringham police opened a docket for dealing in drugs after two male suspects were arrested on 21 March in Linbro Park.
The two suspects between the ages of 29 and 40 years old briefly appeared in Johannesburg Magistrates’ Court on 23 March and were remanded in custody.
Sandringham Police Station spokesperson Captain Mohlaume Mamabolo said the pair was arrested by the JMPD K9 Unit in Linbro Park after they were found in possession of 30 packets of kat drugs, two packets of dagga and an undisclosed amount of money. The suspects were then handed over to the Sandringham police.
