City Power has made an announcement about load-shedding block area changes due to the constant upgrades and new installations of its infrastructure which results in structural changes to the status of their network which includes the movement of areas from one block to other.
In a statement, they said they would like to advise residents of changes to City Power block areas due to structural changes. Killarney was named as one of the areas that will be changed. Killarney Mall is moved from block 1B to 1A while Killarney is moved from 1B to 1A.

Although no load-shedding is expected at the moment, the possibility of load-shedding being implemented still remains.
