Little Women

For a taste of some Oscar-winning drama, check out Little Women, a coming of age film about four sisters in America in the aftermath of the Civil War. The drama stars Saoirse Ronan as Josephine “Jo” March who reflects back and forth on her life, telling the beloved story of the March sisters – four young women each determined to live life on their own terms. Little Women also stars Emma Watson, Florence Pugh and Eliza Scanlen. In cinemas 21 February.

The Informer

In the crime thriller, The Informer, An ex-convict working undercover deliberately gets himself locked up again in order to break into the mob at a maximum security prison. While in Bale Hill Prison, his mission becomes a race against time when a drug deal goes wrong and threatens to identify him as a mole. The crime drama stars Joel Kinnaman, Rosamund Pike, Common, Ana de Armas, and Clive Owen. In cinemas 21 February.

Just Mercy

Featuring an all-star cast, Just Mercy, follows the story of world-renowned civil rights defence attorney Bryan Stevenson as he recounts his experiences and details the case of a condemned death row prisoner whom he fought to free. The drama stars Michael B Jordan, Jamie Foxx, and Brie Larson. In cinemas 21 February.

Sonic the Hedgehog

A live re-imagining of the iconic Sonic video game franchise, Sonic the Hedgehog, sees the beloved superfast hedgehog team up with a small-town sheriff named Tom as he attempts to escape Dr. Robotnik and the government who are hot on his heels. The film stars James Marsden, Jim Carrey, and Ben Schwartz. In cinemas 21 February.
