There was an air of excitement on 9 February when children and their parents from Torah Academy in 57 Oaklands Rd, Orchards put on a show to remember.
The children and their parents embarked on a parade which involved 120 cars and several buses through Johannesburg north-eastern suburbs to mark 70 years since the appointment of the late Lubavitcher Rebbe, Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneerson.
