AMEN takes Mozambique Fashion Week by storm

JOBURG – AMEN projects upcoming fashion trends with explosive Mozambique Fashion Week collection.

Fashion showstoppers, AMEN, took on Mozambique’s fashion war zone and came back unscathed following an acclaimed show at the 15th anniversary of Mozambique Fashion Week.

Taking place 7 December 2019, it was an exhilarating week of culture, glamour, colour, texture and fashion for the upcoming season all set in Mozambique’s tropical capital, Maputo.

As part of the Pan-African runway showcase, the Joburg-based fashion house was amongst the likes of Daniel Callegari, Black Trash Clothing, Jaque Lagrange Couture and more. Known to be bold, daring and unapologetic in its aesthetic, the brand, embodies forward-thinking cosmopolitan Africanism and wowed the crowd with an untamed fusion of print-clashes varying from animal, tropical and tribal prints with luxe textures, blending satin, sequins and chiffon.
