Matrics at Holy Family College in Parktown were excited on 8 January when they arrived at the school to receive their results.
The matrics achieved a 91 per cent pass rate. Eighty-nine per cent of learners who passed achieved results that will allow them to access tertiary study, having received a bachelor degree or diploma pass.
Ipeleng Tshabalala was the highest performing candidate at Holy Family College with an average of 80 per cent while Wandile Nkosi achieved a 79 per cent average.
