The matric class of 2019 at Roedean School were overjoyed at receiving their results on 7 January.
The class received a 100 per cent pass rate and 100 per cent Bachelor Degree pass as well as 319 distinctions from 79 girls.

Frances Hayton, Mariek Kritzinger and Amelia Mills were ranked in the top five per cent of IEB in five or more subjects while Lisa Nauta, Mieke Nauta and Ruth-Ann Wright were ranked in the top five per cent of IEB learners in six or more subjects.
Executive head Fiona Rogers congratulated the matrics on their superb results.
“The time, effort and determination you put into your work during the year and your meticulous preparation for the examinations have truly paid off. Each one of you rose to the challenge and each one of you acquitted herself exceptionally well. The staff and I are extremely proud of you all and celebrate these results and your success.”
