K.O. and Nandi Madida dominate radio charts with Say U Will
JOBURG – K.O. releases Say U Will video in the midst of the song’s chart reign.
The last time K.O. and Nandi Madida collaborated, they spawned the chart-topping kasi ballad Skhanda Love. This time around, the pair has joined forces again for Say U Will.
According to Radio Monitor, the single occupied the number one spot for three weeks on the official airplay chart for South Africa. K.O. hadn’t touched the number one spot since the release of his critically acclaimed and street-certified debut album, Skhanda Republic.
“Through the trials and tribulations, God said keep going and here we are!” K.O. said.
In the wake of Say U Will’s reign, K.O. has also released the music video. The light-hearted video follows two love-birds who profess their undying love for each other. On one end, K.O. does the most to show his love while Madida goes through some doubts and is in need of some reassurance and a ring. Like any other love story, the lovers ultimately get together.
“Thank you to all radio stations, to Nandi Madida, and everyone who contributed to the creation of this record,” he said.
Both the single and video are a build-up to his third solo album, PTY UnLTD, which is set to drop on 27 September.
