Police need your help to identify the body of an unknown man

SANDRINGHAM – Police are appealing to community members to help identify the body of a man who was fatally knocked over by a vehicle.


Sandringham police are appealing to community members within their police precinct to help them identify the body of a man who was knocked over by a vehicle last month.

The unknown man died on the scene of the incident which occurred on Monday, 12 July on the corner of Shakespeare and Cunning roads in Lombardy East at around 6.55pm.

“Unfortunately we don’t have an age estimate and no description of clothes,” said the Sandringham police spokesperson Captain Mohlaume Mamabolo.

The police are appealing to community members or any family whose family members may have disappeared from 12 July.
