I would like to congratulate our municipality on starting projects but never finishing them.
Louis Botha Avenue was supposed to be completed in 2016, then it was moved to last year. It is now 2019 and it is still unfinished.
In Paterson Park, a wall that had fallen down about two years ago is still not finished.
A clinic in Louis Botha Avenue is still unfinished, and it would have been cheaper and quicker to buy Bagleyston Clinic up the road which could have been operating by now.
