Bonang launches her own MCC range

JOBURG – House of Bonang officially hits the shelves.

Known for her popular ‘champagne darling’ catchphrase, media personality and entrepreneur Bonang Matheba has been hinting at bringing her very own champagne brand to life for quite some time now.

For the past week, she had the streets abuzz following the announcement of her very own Méthode Cap Classique (MCC), House of Bonang.

The media personality described the brand’s launch as her passion, which has been in the making for years.  Officially launched on 18 March, the range comes in two variants, the Bonang MCC Brut Rose and Bonang MCC Brut which retail at R399.

Méthode Cap Classique (MCC) is the ‘South African version’ of Champagne and is made using the same process as French Champagne. Bonang’s range is a new and refreshing addition to the local and competitive landscape and has been met with positive reactions from the likes of Boity, DJ Fresh, Nomzamo Mbatha and the public.
