Residents of Yeoville and Hillbrow are urged by Pikitup to refrain from littering and dumping waste illegally.
The City’s waste entity dedicated a day to removing waste in Hillbrow and Yeoville today, 1 March.

Pikitup also appealed to residents to play their part in helping to eradicate illegal dumping.
The Johannesburg Metro police further said, “…Take clear photos when witnessing an act of illegal dumping taking place. The photos should show the culprit, the vehicle and its registration number. These photos with the date, time and location of the incident can be sent via WhatsApp or SMS to 082 779 1361.”
