Family swimmers collect finisher medals

ROSEBANK – The world's largest open water swim in KZN was conquered by local swimmer Amelie Webber along with other family members.


Grade 7 learner at St Teresa‘s School, Amelie Webber, completed her fourth Midmar Mile in KwaZulu-Natal on 10 February.

She swam in the girls 13 years and under event together with women 31 and over.

Her time was 00:31:57.

Her grandfather, Tommy Ballantyne swam his 15th Midmar Mile and her dad and brother also swam the mile.
