Four years ago, South Africa’s youngest DJ, DJ Arch Jr, broke records when he became the youngest person to win the global Got Talent TV series.
The 2015 South Africa’s Got Talent winner stole audience’s hearts with a thrilling audition that saw the young maestro exhibit his DJ skills in front of the whole of South Africa for the first time.
This time around, the young selector took his skills onto America’s Got Talent: The Champions stage, a spinoff of the Got Talent franchise which brings together the world’s most talented, memorable and exceptional fan-favourite acts from past seasons of ‘AGT’ and the other ‘Got Talent’ franchises, spanning 194 territories.

DJ Arch Jr’s ‘new jack swing’ sound did not only keep the audience on their feet but blew the judges away and got the young Alexandra native a prolonged standing ovation which included Simon Cowell, the infamous and stern America’s Got Talent judge.
“You and I need to be talking after this show because I’ve got some plans for you, trust me. I think you are a total, total little star. I absolutely love you,” Cowell said.
