NSPCA states their intention to pursue legal action against Joburg Zoo

The National Council of SPCAs (NSPCA) says it will take legal action against the Johannesburg Zoo following information that they intend to bring in another elephant in the immediate future. The Zoo, however, says they have no intention to acquire a new elephant yet.

A man has been arrested by the Johannesburg police and his accomplices are still on the run after a case of house robbery and assault was reported to the police.

The Roedean School staff, parents and learners were keen to start the academic year of 2019 as they gathered at the school hall for their first assembly.
