7 December: The Yellow Tour

Since the release of his debut album, Yellow, young rapper Shane Eagle has gone on to win multiple awards and garner millions of streams for the album. He has since taken on The Yellow Tour, a national tour which will hit the Alexander Theatre in Braamfontein on 7 December. 8 December: The Braamfontein Mini Graffiti Tour

The Braamfontein Mini Graffiti Tour is set to give an exclusive look into some of the amazing graffiti on 8 December. A large number of walls were turned into art masterpieces by local and international graffiti artists following the success of this year’s City of Gold Festival. 8 December: Studio 05 Institute Of Fashion 15th Annual Graduation Fashion Exhibition/Show

Studio 05 Institute of Fashion is set to host their annual fashion show/exhibition at their new space at 2 Station Road in Braamfontein. The fashion show gives each of the institute’s gifted students a chance to showcase their garments in two different categories – the first-year students are set to exhibit their avant-garde designs while the second-year students will showcase their tailoring designs. 9 December: Janice Honeyman’s Snow White

9 December: Eqhudeni at the Market Theatre

The winner of the 2018 Zwakala Festival, Eqhudeni follows a young woman who is forced into an arranged marriage with a rich man whom she hates. She faces difficult choices as she navigates her feelings between her arranged spouse and the love of her life. Family dynamics provide a gripping drama that will raise questions and evoke the curiosity of audiences. Co-written and directed by Nomfundo Magwaza ka Ziqubu, Ntando Ngcungama and Nokwethemba Ngcobo, the play will be staged at the Market Theatre.
