Vision Tactical security guards, operating near Killarney Mall, came to the rescue of a woman who was robbed of her handbag in 1st Street during the daytime on 11 October.
Hillbrow police spokesperson Sergeant Mduduzi Zondo said four suspects were apprehended and later arrested after the incident.
“The security guards saw the incident and apprehended the suspects. Her items were recovered,” said Zondo.

He added that the suspects appeared in the Joburg Magistrates’ Court 48 hours after the incident took place.
