JOBURG – NBA star flies to Berlin to catch Semenya race.
It seems like Lebron James is part of Caster Semenya’s #CobraSquad – just like everyone else. The NBA star and Los Angeles Lakers forward/guard made a quick pit stop in Berlin, Germany to catch South Africa’s star athlete Caster Semenya race.
Semenya shared her excitement at being visited by King James on her Instagram.
“When the greatness meets up. You just made my year for showing up to watch me race. This is too much,” Semenya said.
The Olympic champion is currently competing at the 2018 Internationales Stadionfest (ISTAF) track and field athletics tournament where she won the 1000m event in a time of 2:30.70, a new South African mark.
