Readers meet their favourite authors at Kingsmead College book fair

ROSEBANK – The Kingsmead Book Fair had discussions and debates with facilitators and authors.

Kingsmead College hosted the much awaited Kingsmead Book Fair on 12 May.

The participating bookshop, Exclusive Books, food stalls and sponsors such as Standard Bank and Radio 702, Porcupine Ridge and Timberland set up their stalls for the event early in the morning.

A number of authors such as Fred Khumalo and Maxine Case were present to engage avid readers in in-depth dialogues and to sign their books. Debate facilitator Sithembile Mbete led a wide-ranging discussion with attendees about legacy, history and storytelling.
