“She came back to South Africa in February and fetched her son who never said anything had happened to him while she was away until last week Tuesday when someone informed her that her son was sexually abused while she was away.”

According to Munyayi, the mother then asked her son who admitted that he was raped by a known man who put his hands on his mouth to prevent him from screaming while he was raping him.

The complainant then asked the son to undress and found out he has injuries in his anus, he said.
