Barron celebrates 30 years of making dreams come true with Reach for a Dream

JOBURG – Reach for a Dream celebrates 30 years of making children's dream come true.

This year marks 30 years of making dreams come true for the Reach For A Dream Foundation.

To celebrate this milestone, Barron, Africa’s leading corporate and promotional products company, will donate 300 branded golf T-shirts to help give Reach For A Dream a canvas to tell the story of the life-changing work it does.

The organisation brings optimism, joy and healing to these children and their families by offering them a magical moment to regain the childhood they are losing to illness.

Reach For A Dream has fulfilled the dreams of over 18 300 children between the ages of three and 18 and touched the lives of over 45 000 more through its various projects.

The company’s mission is to encourage these children to use their dreams to inspire hope in the fight against life-threatening illnesses such as cancer, cystic fibrosis, muscular dystrophy, kidney failure and blood disorders.

“Our two companies share a similar philosophy and mission of enabling and empowering individuals to bring their dreams to life – and this is why this celebration is so close to our hearts. At Barron, we have built a proud legacy of switching brands on and we believe in the power of dreams,” said Mike Salomon, commercial director at Barron.

“We are grateful to donors and sponsors such as Barron who help us carry out our purpose of inspiring hope in the lives of these children and their families,” says Natalie Lazaris from Reach for a Dream.
