The current listeriosis outbreak that has seen cold meat products such as polony and vienna sausages being recalled is one such situation where, in as much as it’s a pressing national issue, it is also a time where South Africans find humorous aspects as a way to help everyone push through the stress until the outbreak is under control and a cure and working treatment for the outbreak are finally identified.
