President Jacob Zuma has announced that he will be appointing a Commission of Inquiry into state capture.
Deputy Chief Justice Raymond Zondo is expected to head the commission. The announcement comes after the North Gauteng High Court’s judgment of 14 December last year, which ordered Zuma to appoint a commission of inquiry within 30 days.
