Yeoville police made 29 arrests between 20 and 28 November for a number of crimes ranging from armed robbery to dagga possession.
The following arrests were made:
- One for murder
- Two for armed robbery
- Six for assault with intent to do grievous bodily harm
- Two for common assault
- One for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Three for shoplifting
- Six for dagga possession
- One for possession of suspected stolen property
- One for theft
- Two for damage to property
- Two for the selling alcohol without a licence
- One for housebreaking and theft
- One for the use of a motor vehicle without the owner’s consent.
