Raising funds for Thembalani Care Centre

LOMBARDY EAST – Infinitude Design will running the FNB Joburg 10km City Run to raise funds for Thembalani Care Centre.

Johannesburg corporate interior designer Samantha Peck and her team will be raising funds for Thembalani Care Centre.

Peck and her team at Infinitude Design have been involved with Thembalani Care Centre since 2012 as part of its corporate social investment programme where they assist with the interiors of the Lombardy East-based centre.

Peck said, “By continually supporting and improving the interiors and facilities at the centre in Lombardy East, we have successfully managed to create some amazing spaces, making the home more comfortable and inspiring for all of its aged residents.”

Cathy Grosvenor, spokesperson for Rand Aid said, “Sam has competed in a number of sporting events to raise awareness and funds for the Rand Aid care centres that look after vulnerable senior citizens and aged deaf and deafblind people.”

This year, the Infinitude team will be raising funds by participating in the FNB Joburg 10km City Run on 24 September.

Grosvenor added, “They hope to refurbish the care centre’s dining room area, which is also where social occasions hosted.”
