An ANC MP, Timothy Khoza has died in a car accident while three others have been injured.
Nomalungelo Gina from the ANC, Ian Ollis from the DA, and Cynthia Majeke from the UDM were involved in the crash.
Ian Ollis, who lives in Johannesburg, is a member of parliament and the shadow minister of basic education. He confirmed on Twitter that he had been involved in the crash. He added that he was okay and is receiving treatment at a local clinic.
Ollis tweeted about his experience:
