Bringing cheer on Mandela Day

PARKTOWN WEST – NYPD shows Park Care Nursing Centre residents that they care.

The new owner of NYPD Residential Security Company, Jan Paxton and his proactive team of experts lifted the spirits of the elderly at Park Care Nursing Centre with fun and compassion.

Paxton said he strongly believed in making a positive impact in people’s lives.

His care for the local community and the elderly was deeply displayed at the centre where he and his team donated not only their time to entertain them residents by playing the drums.

“Whilst Jan has come in to refresh NYPD as a business by adding updated technology features and contributing his vast industry knowledge, I will continue in this partnership to support and maintain the solid foundation of the company in the relationships that we have with all the community stakeholders. Residents in our footprint, like those of Park Care, will always remain the focal point of what NYPD stands for – effective security solutions based on strong relationships,” said Greg Margolis, former NYPD chief executive officer.

Park Care is an independent faith-based charity organisation and is registered as a non-profit organisation. It provides 24/7 nursing care and a holistic support to older and frail persons within a caring residential setting.

The centre believes in community involvement not just on Mandela day. “It is not just about the business of providing exceptional security solutions but it is about the people that NYPD serves and continuous uplifting of this community. Our strong involvement helps us protect you better and the centre is one of the many community projects that we hold close to our hearts,” said Paxton.
