Holy Family College in Parktown allegedly robbed of more than 35 computers

PARKTOWN – Police need information on an alleged robbery which occurred at Holy Family College.

 

A case of business robbery has been opened at Hillbrow Police Station after 35 computers were allegedly stolen from Holy Family College.

According to Sergeant Mduduzi Zondo, spokesperson for Hillbrow Police Station, the security guard was approached at night by eight suspects.

“The suspects then pointed firearms at the guard and then they proceeded to [allegedly] hit him with the firearms. They then tied him up with shoelaces,” explained Zondo.

Zondo urged the community to provide the police with any information which may lead to the arrests of the suspects.

The security guard was taken to a hospital.
