Corruption Busters wins big at Liberty Radio Awards

JOBURG – Corruption Busters on ChaiFM wins at the Liberty Radio Awards for its tireless work in exposing corruption and fraud.

 

Radio show Corruption Busters on ChaiFM, presented by private investigator Chad Thomas, won the Best Day Time Show at the annual Liberty Radio Awards.

The prestigous gala dinner was held at the Sandton Convention Centre with many big names in the South African radio industry in attendance. The show which broadcasts throughout the north east of Johannesburg every Monday from 12 to 1pm was lauded for its commitment to exposing fraud and corruption in South Africa.

Thomas said, “There are no holy cows on Corruption Busters. Private sector fraud and corruption is tackled as fiercely as public sector fraud.

“Never did we imagine that our show would become such a firm favourite. ChaiFM took a chance allowing us to broadcast our message which at times has been quite controversial. We are proud to have broken some of the biggest fraud-related stories in South Africa.”
