UPDATE: Hillbrow quintuple murder case set to resume at the Joburg Regional Court

JOBURG – Sabelo Ngubane will make a third appearance at the Joburg Regional Court on 19 April, faced with five murder charges following two previous postponements.

The murder case in which Sabelo Ngubane is appearing on five counts of murder is set to resume in the Joburg Regional Court tomorrow, 19 April.

Ngubane is expected to appear with a legal representative following two previous postponements on 10 and 17 March respectively.

Regional Magistrate Simon Radasi granted the postponements on the basis of investigation outcomes and Ngubane’s recruitment of an attorney.

On 17 March, the court heard that should Ngubane fail to appear with a lawyer on his next appearance (tomorrow), the State would appoint legal aid on his behalf.
