Protesters halt traffic at Atholl Oaklands Off-ramp

Athol Oaklands – Anti-Zuma protests gain momentum.

Thousands of South Africans young and old have gathered at the Athol Oaklands off-ramp in support of the call for SA President Jacob Zuma to step down.

The march has caused traffic to be at a standstill, blocking the Atholl Oaklands off-ramp.

Metro police are currently at the scene to ensure the safety of all protesters. No riots or violent incidents have been reported.

Motorists driving by are also not bothered by the delays the protest has caused.
