Preschool children at Torah Academy Nursery School recently got their hands dirty during a fun-filled educational lesson learning about and setting up their own worm farm.
The farm was set up at the nursery school based in Orchards, and saw the pupils learn all about earthworms and their importance to the soil.
The children also took turns holding the worms as they added them to the farm while learning how to take care of them and what to feed them.
The nursery school expressed gratitude to Yisroel Stein for organising and putting the worm farm together and for the interesting and informative presentation given to the pupils.
