Impilo appeals for support with recycling project

FAIRVALE – Residents urged to support Impilo's recycling initiative to help raise funds.

The Impilo Child Protection and Adoption Services is appealing to the public to help them raise funds through their recycling initiative.

The Fairvale-based organisation recently partnered with Mpact Recycling for the initiative, which will see waste paper collected and recycled as a way to raise much-needed funds for the organisation.

Companies and residents can assist with the initiative by either collecting a Ronnie bag at the organisation’s office, which can then be filled with waste paper and returned or collected by Mpact. Alternatively, waste paper can be dropped off at the organisation’s offices, located at 20 Leigh Avenue, Fairvale Extension, where it will then be collected and recycled.

Mpact will also provide shredding certificates to companies which have archive clear-outs and require the paper to be shredded. Interested residents can contact the organisation for more information or to get a Ronnie bag to fill up.
