ORANGE GROVE – Local bodybuilder set to make history.

Orange Grove resident, Robbi Crafford has turned his passion for health and fitness into his profession and is a health and fitness professional.

He works with clients and athletes from the renowned Alleysway Gym in the Italian Club, Bedfordview, Johannesburg, as well as online coaching and home training.

Crafford has taken his passion even further and is also a bodybuilder. He has been competing in bodybuilding competitions since 2010 with various federations and has an impressive local and international record.

He has represented South Africa internationally on four occasions with the NABBA-WFF Federation:

Crafford has been selected by the NABBA-WFF Italian Federation to compete to become Mr Universe at The WFF Universe, 2016, in Orlando, Florida, USA. He will represent his mother’s nation (Italy) as he is an Italian citizen.

This has always been a dream of his to not only represent his country of birth and father’s nation (South Africa) but his country of heritage and his mother’s nation.

“Being selected by the Italian Federation to represent Italy at such a prestigious competition being The WFF Universe, is a huge dream come true for me and such an honour. Who else can say they have represented more than one nation internationally and in the home of bodybuilding, the USA? I am truly blessed,” Crafford enthusiastically stated.

The WFF (World Fitness Federation) Universe Competition has been won by many greats in the past like Arnold Schwarzenegger, Lou Ferrigno and Frank Zane to name only a few.

Crafford will also be competing to win his Pro Card (Professional Bodybuilding License Card) to become a Professional Bodybuilder and to compete as a Pro in the Pro categories.
