According to reports, personal Injury lawyer Ronald Bobroff and his son are believed to have fled the country and are now regarded as fugitives.
The pair have been accused of of duping a number of people out of money from Road Accident Funds over the years.
It is reported that they are now in Australia.
However, the report further claimed that Bobroff confirmed his wife was arrested in Johannesburg this morning.
According to the report, he says, “The allegations are false and I can’t make any comment at this stage, but will issue a statement in due course. My dear wife, who is almost 70-years-old has been imprisoned for nothing.”
