Water disruption in Sandton and Alex on 15 October cancelled

JOBURG – Joburg Water has warned Sandton and Alexandra residents of a planned water disruption due to an upgrade of the reticulation and valves in the area on 15 October from 7am to 8pm.

UPDATE: The planned water disruption has since been cancelled. The areas listed will not be affected.

INITIAL REPORT: The service provider also released a full list of suburbs to be affected by the planned disruption which includes Wynberg, Bramley, Alexandra, Raumarais Park, Kew, Whitney Gardens, Corlett Gardens, Lombardy, Formain, Rembrandt, Ridge, Dunserven, Lyndhurst, Glenhazel, Sunningdale, Savoy Estate, Greswold and Highlands North.

Joburg Water apologised for any inconvenience caused by the upcoming disruption.
